About the Role:Â
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Ad Operations Specialist with a strong background in OpenRTB, DSP/SSP integrations, and server-side ad tech platforms such as Limelight, SpringServe, or similar.
This is a mid-senior level position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about performance, scalability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Manage and optimize OpenRTB integrations across supply and demand partners.
- Implement and monitor DSP and SSP integrations on server environments (e.g., Limelight, SpringServe,custom ad servers).
- Monitor ad delivery, troubleshoot issues (latency, fill rate, CPM drops), and ensure clean traffic compliance.•Analyze partner performance and proactively drive growth across revenue, fill rate, and eCPM.
- Communicate with partners regularly—maintaining relationships, aligning on goals, and launching new initiatives.
- Document new integrations, maintain structured onboarding workflows, and propose technical or operational improvements.
Requirements:Â
- 3+ years of experience in ad operations or programmatic advertising, especially with OpenRTB protocol.
- Strong technical knowledge of DSP/SSP, server integrations, bid requests/responses, and real-time analytics.
- Hands-on experience with ad servers like Limelight, SpringServe, AdButler, etc.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams andexternal partners.
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of key metrics like eCPM, fill rate, IVT, and winrate.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and contribute to companygrowth.
Preferred:Â
- Familiarity with digital ad operations, adx, prebid, vast, ortb etc.
- Knowledge of compliance tools, fraud detection (e.g., Pixalate, WhiteOps), and traffic validation.
