About the Role:Â
We are hiring an Affiliate Sales Manager who will onboard direct brands, advertisers, and agencies on CPA / CPL / CPS models.
This role is purely focused on revenue acquisition. Media buying and execution will be handled by our internal team.
Your job: Bring the deals. Build the relationships. Scale the revenue.
Key Responsibilities:Â
Direct Advertiser Acquisition
- Identify and onboard direct brands and performance agencies.
- Close CPA/CPL/CPS/CPI deals.
- Negotiate payouts, caps, geos, and commercial terms
Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with advertisers
- Increase caps and budgets based on performance
- Ensure smooth coordination between advertiser and internal media team Revenue Growth
- Build a strong monthly pipeline
- Scale existing offers across geos
- Ensure sustainable margins on all campaigns
Payment Follow-ups
- Align payment terms (Net 15 / 30 / Prepay preferred)
- Coordinate with finance for timely collections
Please note — this is not an AdOps or media buying role.
This is a pure sales role focused on advertiser acquisition and revenue growth.
Requirements:Â
- 3–5 years experience in affiliate marketing / performance sales
- Existing network of direct brands or agencies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI models.
- Experience in verticals like Ecom, Nutra, Finance, Survey preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented personality
